Become a Volunteer Firefighter
If you have a heart for service and the desire to be a part of something bigger than yourself, we are looking for you! There are so many ways to become involved with MCFD. If you are already a career firefighter, you can laterally join our team. For those with little to no firefighting experience, you may be interested in joining our annual and semi-annual recruit and support member classes.
No previous experience is required to join our annual recruit class,. Our training program is 100% free of charge to you. We help you obtain the skills, certifications, and state level requirements to become a support member or firefighter.
